Welcome

Since 1982, Access Community Health Centers has addressed the financial, cultural, and language barriers that prevent access to health care. As a not-for-profit charitable organization, we provide affordable and quality primary medical, dental, and behavioral health care and pharmacy services at five locations.

Providing a health care home is the foundation of care at Access Community Health Centers. We can help our patients achieve their best health so they can live full and active lives. We always provide timely, well-organized care, and 24-hour access to our doctors and health professionals.
